A: The batter should be thick and lumpy.
Q: Can I substitute other ingredients instead of raisins?
A: Yes - you may substitute caraway seeds (one to two teaspoons), dried fruits or nuts like cranberries and walnuts or pecans.
Q: Do you ship to overseas addresses?
A: No, not at this time.
Q: What is the shelf life of these mixes?
A: We recommend using the mixes within 12 months.
Q: What are the directions for baking at high altitudes?
A: Our breads came out perfectly when baked per the instructions on the packages in Colorado at 1 mile elevation.

A: It takes about 2 minutes to prepare and less than 40 to bake (in most ovens)!
