"I just wanted to share with you how well my family enjoyed your Irish bread! I made it Saturday to go with dinner for my Dad's 80th birthday (as I told you I would). My brothers and parents and I had it with dinner on Saturday and on Sunday and with breakfast Monday. My Mom said it was especially good with her fruit spread! I absolutely love your Irish soda bread. I tried it in Whole Foods on a sample day back in the winter. I brought it home, not knowing if my family would like it. But, when my youngest daughter (the pickiest eater ever) tasted it, her eyes lit up and she pronounced it "Yummy to the max!" I knew this was a keeper! Thanks for such wonderful, easy bread mixes. AN

My husband and I purchased the Irish soda bread mix and make it a few days ago. We were pleasantly surprised at how authentic it was. Soda bread is not my favorite, but the memories it conjures up make it a staple! Thanks for creating such an awesome product. MG
